The Field Technician plays a critical role in supporting the IT and Operations teams within a company owned market (40-50+ restaurants) by ensuring technology repairs are conducted quickly, preventative maintenance is performed regularly, and technology implementations are well executed and efficient. This role will execute daily assigned tasks and report on completion status within a work management system. This individual will work from the field out of Chicago, IL in a Wendy's restaurant on a daily basis.
