Job Responsibilities

• Workplace operations support:
  • Conduct daily workplace inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality of all workspaces.
  • Monitor and resolve minor maintenance issues (lighting, temperature, plumbing, furniture).
  • Support space planning activities including desk arrangements, meeting room setups, and moves.
  • Perform equipment checks and troubleshoot AV and IT infrastructure (non‑technical level).
