- Carrying out preventive maintenance and minor cosmetic repairs
- Responsible for the careful handling of hotel equipment and machinery
- Ensuring smooth operation and performing repairs as required on all technical systems, such as heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), as well as plumbing and electrical systems
- Close cooperation with and supervision of external contractors
- Support and management of projects
- Conducting safety inspections and site walkthroughs
- Taking on on-call duty shifts
- Participation in daily operational team briefings
- Respectful and appreciative collaboration within the team
