About the Role
- Ability to interact and resolve the technical computer issues and Services related to EUC Devices with good customer-oriented service to Harman employees
- Break/Fix Activities - Resolve Incidents and Problems associated with End User Computing Devices, provide Break/Fix support, advice and assistance to employees
- The Support Specialists is responsible for resolving all Incidents and Problems associated with failure or degradation of Services related to EUC Devices.
- Hands & Eyes Support for servers, routers, switches. Basic understanding of networking and ability to support remote network team to troubleshoot devices
- Basic printer support, Basic VOiP equipment, Support for mobile devices
