Responsibilities We are looking for a process Technician who can work in shift mode and overtime to safeguard KPIs and prevent excursions in the line.
- Communicate clearly with shift peers and highlight all outstanding issues during passdown / handover.
- Understand & maintain the major KPI including yield, output and quality.
- Performed first level process troubleshooting according to the troubleshooting guideline and OCAP.
- Work together with operation team including equipment, quality, and manufacturing to achieve the target KPI set.
Process - Safeguard KPIs during work and perform basic OCAP troubleshooting for the process engineers.
- Compile and analyze data and submit shift reports for line issues.
Technical, Analytical & Problem Solving - Understand each individual process and learn process tuning from the engineers.
