MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Production support:

• Respond to requests for assistance from assemblers and production technicians;
• Investigate problems encountered on production lines;
• Diagnose problems on raw materials and robotic assemblies to determine root causes of failures;
• Produce documentation associated with diagnostics and non-conformances;
• Work in collaboration with other departments as required (e.g. engineering, quality control, quality assurance, purchasing);
• Identify any process improvements with the aim of optimizing work.

Maintenance and calibration:

• Plan and follow up on equipment maintenance and calibration activities with the various parties involved (internal and external);
• Manage and monitor the equipment maintenance and verification program;
• Ensure complete documentation of maintenance and calibration operations;
