Overview

The Facilities Technician performs routine maintenance, repairs, and operational tasks to ensure building systems and equipment function safely and efficiently. This hands-on role is responsible for responding to maintenance requests, conducting preventive maintenance activities, troubleshooting equipment issues, and supporting overall facility operations. The Facilities Technician works as part of the facilities management team to maintain a safe, comfortable, and well-functioning environment for building occupants while minimizing downtime and extending equipment life.
