**Job Description**

As a Contents Technician, you play a key role in helping property owners recover from fire, water, and mold damage by carefully handling, cleaning, and restoring their personal belongings. You work both in the field at client properties and in a well-equipped restoration shop, ensuring items are properly documented, cleaned, dried, deodorized, repackaged, and stored with care and professionalism.

**Responsibilities**

+ Pack, label, and transport contents from client properties to the restoration shop with care and attention to detail.
+ Identify, document, and photograph damaged items to support accurate records and insurance or project documentation.
+ Operate cleaning and restoration equipment to clean, dry, and deodorize contents affected by fire, water, or mold.
