i)Attends to repairs and maintenance of all systems and related equipment including but not limited to heating, ventilation and air-conditioning and building services.

ii) Carries out meter readings to maintain records for utility costs throughout the building, including those of tenants when required.

iii)Performs general and emergency repairs and maintenance to all plant and equipment within an acceptable timeframe.

iv)Conducts regular and documented inspections of plant and equipment as per the checklist and statutory requirements.

v)Ensures Fire and Engineering safety features operate optimally, and familiarizes self with emergency procedures.
