Overview

In Happy Job we are looking for a national-level salesperson for Natural Remedies.

Candidate profile and experience

• Having direct experience selling feed additives (acidifiers, enzymes, phytobiotics) to animal feed manufacturers.
• Selling directly to feed companies and having existing relationships with key accounts (e.g., Bachoco) is strongly preferred.
• Cattle experience is a plus.

Geography and logistics

• Preferred candidate locations are Guadalajara, Queretaro or Bajio zone with national coverage capability, ownership of a car, ability to work independently, and coordination with an existing distributor partner Vidara in Guadalajara and the principal company.

Performance expectations and metrics

• Steady revenue growth expectations of roughly 15–20% year-over-year and framed sales into key accounts as a multi-year process requiring two to three years of engagement.
