Location: Swindon

Position summary; Monday – Friday - 37.5 hours per week. Onsite role.

The Product Development Scientist 1 plays a key role in supporting the development of safe, compliant, and efficient commercial products, working under the guidance of a Senior team member. This position focuses on developing products up to commercial scale in line with regulatory standards, project timelines, and both internal and external customer expectations.

Success in this role relies on building strong cross‑functional relationships with teams across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, EH&S and other key stakeholders.
