Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform sample receipt, processing, and routine microbiological testing, including urine, blood, and culture analysis according to SOPs.
- Operate and maintain microbiology analyzers and laboratory equipment, performing daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance.
- Conduct quality control procedures, run daily QC/EQA, and ensure documentation of all results.
- Perform antibiotic susceptibility testing, parasitological/serological analyses, and prepare necessary media, reagents, and stains.
- Report abnormal laboratory findings to senior staff/consultants and assist in training juniors and trainees.
