Enhance and/or automate trading operations systems and workflows to improve operational efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
Own major operational incidents end-to-end: diagnose root cause, drive resolution, and prevent recurrence.
Partner with Operations and Development teams to investigate and resolve complex live production issues.
Collaborate with vendors and Operations to design, integrate, and operationalize backend workflows that enable onboarding new products and business initiatives.
Automate manual processes by building practical, maintainable scripts and internal tools.
Continuously identify and implement improvements to processes, tools, and workflows.
Provide occasional after-hours support as needed and participate in testing activities.
Qualifications
