**Overview**

The Consultant for AI Business Solutions focuses on solution delivery and implements technical solutions by coordinating and aligning with the customer's business goals. The Consultant participates in the design and solutioning customer’s requirements into business and technical capabilities leveraging business, productivity, copilot and agentic solutions. The Consultant involves in project planning by identifying risks and dependencies and proposing appropriate mitigations. The role also contributes to the pre-sales process by leveraging knowledge of business requirements to offer technical inputs and solution offerings. Additionally, Consultants cultivate relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to identify drivers of satisfaction and establish recovery actions to improve the experience.
