Job Description
- Lead development and industrialization of testing and final assembly processes.
- Coordinate manufacturing, testing and equipment development activities.
- Define process chain and assembly requirements.
- Ensure robust production concepts and scalable manufacturing solutions.
- Manage project timelines, budgets and milestones.
- Drive testing strategy and equipment realization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Automation.
- 8+ years of experience in assembly and testing industrialization.
- Strong understanding of EOL testing and production validation systems.
- Experience in automated manufacturing environments.
- Excellent project coordination skills.
- Fluent English communication skills.
