Summary:

The Technology Delivery Analyst is responsible is responsible for delivering technical value and solutions as an engineer, developer advocate, systems analyst, test automation, or other technology role after their initial completion of the Elevate Program.


Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Work alongside an experienced member of the team to gain a better understanding of their role.

+ Work collaboratively with technical teams interfacing with assigned application or platform.

+ Create and maintain system documentation, manuals, policy documents, etc.

+ Research and analyze production support issues.

+ Participates in production releases as scheduled.

+ Software Engineer Duties and Responsibilities:
