Position Overview
The role of Technology Delivery Manager will include:
Lead, manage, monitor, and ensure delivery of agreed operational technology projects and services, driving improvements in reliability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
Own end-to-end delivery accountability for business-critical operational initiatives throughout their lifecycle, ensuring effective resource utilisation (including budgets) and achievement of objectives
Develop, manage, and implement operational plans to drive delivery of technology services and improvements, resolving business issues and supporting operational users
Lead multi-disciplinary, matrix teams to deliver change at pace, setting delivery standards, assuring quality, and embedding continuous improvement across ways of working
Define and shape the roadmap of technology operations initiatives, with a focus on operational readiness and ongoing support
