Responsibilities
- Stakeholder & Cross Department Collaboration – Maintain harmonious and professional working relationships with all departments and the Home Office, demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, and provide timely and effective technical assistance to hotel guests.
- Service Delivery & User Support – Deliver exceptional service and technical support to administrative users according to contracted Service Level Agreements (SLAs), support guests and function room operations, and ensure 24/7 availability of critical systems (PMS, Call Accounting, HSIA, PABX, POS).
- Systems & Infrastructure Administration – Provide system administration for servers, manage user/group accounts, configuration, troubleshooting, documentation, server performance monitoring, OS upgrades, and support property‑wide applications (Back Office, Sales & Catering, Human Resources).
