Nedbank seeks a pro-active technology and commercial lawyer to provide legal advisory, transaction support and risk management within Group Technology. You will draft and negotiate tech agreements, advise on privacy, data protection and regulatory matters, and help manage banking technology initiatives.

The role requires 3–5 years post-qualification experience in tech contracting, strong drafting skills, and the ability to work across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced banking environment.
