As a member of the ADL Technology Team, this role will support critical systems running automated laboratory and manufacturing processes. Lead the deployment and execution of business and technology strategies to drive operational excellence, innovation, and transformation across a complex manufacturing environment. This role combines strategic planning, advanced technology integration, and focused user adoption to deliver measurable business outcomes.

This position will report to the Associate Director, Technology in Ireland.
