The Senior Technology Program Manager is responsible for driving medium to large-scale, cross-functional technology programs , ensuring alignment with business strategy, regulatory expectations, and enterprise architecture standards.

The role acts as a bridge between business leadership (EXCO) and engineering teams (Internal and external project stakeholders including tech partners) , enabling seamless execution, risk mitigation, and timely delivery of complex technology initiatives
