Marine Offshore Project Manager - Job Description & Requirements Leads marine/offshore tech + engineering projects from kickoff to delivery. Main goal: ensure vessels, rigs, or offshore systems are built/upgraded safely, on schedule, within budget, and meet DNV/ABS/MOM standards.
