Overview Your future team is part of AIG’s Technology Risk and Controls (TRC) team, collaborating with colleagues worldwide to provide enterprise‑wide IT solutions that support AIG’s specialized disciplines. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with IT regulations in APAC, managing the annual IT Risk and Control Self‑Assessment (RCSA), and coordinating country‑level forums and issue tracking.
Responsibilities - Assess new and updated IT regulations for gaps, and develop action plans to address those gaps.
- Work with key stakeholders to create and obtain approval for action plans, monitor progress, and escalated as necessary.
- Apply lessons learned from one regulation to future regulations.
- Facilitate the annual IT RCSA, partnering with IT and the global TRC team to assess compliance against key controls.
