Summary:

Sevan is seeking a Technology Specialist / AI Solutions to help support and advance our technology and AI initiatives across the organization. This unique role offers the opportunity to join at the beginning of our AI journey while building a strong foundation in IT support and end-user services.

This position will initially be a blend of approximately 50% Technology Support and 50% AI Solutions, providing hands-on technical support while helping identify, develop, and implement AI-powered tools that improve productivity and solve business challenges. Over time, the role will evolve as our AI capabilities mature, offering growth opportunities to become a key internal resource and subject matter expert in AI technologies.
