Position Overview

Join our dynamic team to innovate and refine technology operations, impacting the core of our business services.
**Job responsibilities**
- Develop, test, and debug automated tasks (Apps, Systems, Infrastructure)
- Troubleshoot priority incidents, facilitate blameless post-mortems and ensure permanent closure of incidents.
- Engage with tools and operations teams to address failure patterns and incidents in Infrastructure Components such as OS and Storage systems
- Develop automation tools for efficient, noiseless alerting, toil, and technical debt
- Align and support regulatory requirements.
**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Extensive knowledge in administering, cisco data center/enterprise routers/switches, LAN/WAN networks
- Extensive knowledge in administering, troubleshooting & upgrading Linux Redhat and Windows Server systems.
