In this role, you will contribute to the Technology Service Excellence Department's mission by being the first response for IT incidents across all locations. You will provide outstanding reactive support, triage requests, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve major IT incidents. Your focus will be on minimizing vulnerabilities and enhancing user satisfaction.
