There is lots of variety in this role to keep you on your toes. It covers level 1‑2 support, administration, process improvement and the development of a more automated service for the future. Relationship management is also a key part of this role as the team implements Agile methodology. You will liaise across Technology and provide support up to senior management and Board level. Regional travel may be required to support other offices, and you may need to work hours between 6am and 6pm depending on the area assigned.
