Purpose Statement: Responsible for providing technical support on CRG's and Normal Production supporting on troubleshooting and feedback to process the analysis and root cause detection of defects.
Debug Technicians are a key resource for the Focus Factory (FF) team with the diagnostic and validation of the nonconforming material to return to Normal Process.
Key Job Accountabilities:
- Participates in troubleshooting and debug of no conformal material of CRG and Normal Production.
- Perform CRG and no conformal material of Normal Production preparation and initial assessment of defective, electronic, electrical and mechanical parts.
- Write reports to summarize findings using Microsoft Word, PPT or Excel and convert to PDF as required).
- Establish standard assessment practices and create documentation as debug guide and Cook Books.
- Monitoring inventory on debug area to implement actions to avoid his increasing out of stablished limits.
