  • Ownership of commercial logic, proposition design, bundling approach, and advisory offer for the international telco business

  • Definition of tariff architecture, pricing logic, and offer structure

  • Design of bundle logic across adjacent categories

  • Development of proposition frameworks and advisory-led customer journeys

  • Stakeholder alignment and governance across markets and partnership teams

  • Best-practice sharing and standardization across countries

  • Liaison with Mobile Virtual Network Enabler for scoping and launching new partnerships and offers

  • Tracking of delta-case performance, identification of optimization levers, and implementation of improvements
