- Ability to explain payment plans, project details and investment opportunities
- Multitasking and time management skills to handle multiple clients
Other Requirements - Previous experience in real estate development or property sales is a plus
- Strong ability to build rapport with potential buyers & investors
- Comfortable with cold calling, online sales and virtual presentations
