The Telesales Executive will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition by engaging prospective clients through phone calls, virtual meetings, and digital communication channels. The role focuses on understanding customer requirements, demonstrating software solutions, and converting qualified leads into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Contact prospective customers through outbound calls, follow-up calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other digital communication channels.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads by understanding business operations, challenges, and software requirements.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while scheduling product demonstrations with qualified prospects.
