Position Overview
β’ Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers using company-provided leads and approved calling systems. β’ Explain credit card products, features, benefits, eligibility criteria, applicable fees, and related information clearly and accurately. β’ Identify interested and eligible customers and generate quality credit card applications/logins. β’ Conduct regular follow-ups with interested customers and maintain proper communication until completion of the application process. β’ Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling, login, conversion, and sales targets. β’ Maintain accurate customer interaction records, call status, follow-up dates, remarks, and application updates in the CRM system.
