Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers who can communicate fluently in Malayalam or Hindi to interact with customers over phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls / attend inbound calls to customers
• Explain products or services clearly and professionally
• Handle customer queries and follow up as required
• Maintain basic call records and customer information

Requirements:

• Fluency in Malayalam or Hindi (Tamil/English is a plus)
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
