Position Summary: The Telecommunications Apprentice will participate in the installation or maintenance and inspection of telecommunication systems and associate process alongside a licensed Telecom Technician

Role and Responsibilities:


+ Regular attendance at assigned location that may include office or other project sites

+ Follow blueprints and building plans to meet the needs of clients

+ Assist with installation of cable supports, through floor and wall sleeves, fire stopping materials

+ Assist with installation relays, cabinets, network switches

+ Assists with the termination of data, voice, coaxial, control, and fiber optic cables

+ Assist with installation cable trays above and below floors
