Job Description
IT Business Analyst driving digital transformation across telecom products by simplifying and redesigning business processes. This role partners closely with business, IT, and leadership teams to translate current-state workflows into streamlined solutions within Salesforce Communications Cloud, integrating with billing, inventory, HR, and provisioning systems.
