Project Manager (Grid Automation)
The Project Manager (Grid Automation) manages intermediate and complex projects within a matrix team environment, with a focus on grid automation and telecommunications initiatives. This role provides leadership, direction, training, coordination, and clear communication across all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, control, and closure. The Project Manager builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, team members, suppliers, contractors, and vendors, while driving short- and long-term project goals and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also includes mentoring and supporting less experienced Project Managers to strengthen overall project delivery capability.
