Role Overview

Lead transformation initiatives for telecom clients, driving process excellence, digital innovation, and AI‑led interventions across customer and network‑facing operations. This role is accountable for delivering measurable improvements in customer experience, efficiency, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end transformation programs across telecom accounts
  • Drive process excellence using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
  • Design and implement digital and AI‑led solutions (automation, analytics, CX tools)
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients; lead executive presentations and solution discussions
  • Partner with operations, technology, and solution teams to deliver scalable outcomes
  • Build and mentor high‑performing transformation teams
