This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketer at Qargo Coffee in Bogota, D.C. The Telemarketer will be responsible for promoting products or services, generating leads, and providing customer support over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
• Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team with interested prospects.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns professionally.
• Drive sales through effective and persuasive communication with potential customers.
• Accurately update customer information and call outcomes in the company database.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and sales targets.
