Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telemarketing Executive / Telecaller to join Orient Trader. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, promoting our products/services, and generating sales or leads over the phone.
Location - Mumbai(near crawford market)
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
• Explain company products/services clearly and effectively
• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
• Follow up on inquiries and maintain customer relationships
• Handle customer questions and objections professionally
• Maintain call records and update CRM systems
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
• Coordinate with the sales team for closures
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar role preferred
• Good communication skills (Hindi/English; regional languages are a plus)...
