Position Overview

            Responsibilities Make outbound calls to customers and generate sales 
Explain product service details clearly 
Convince customers to buy or use services 
Handle inbound customer queries 
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales 
Maintain customer database and records 
Achieve daily weekly monthly sales targets 
Handle customer objections and provide solutions 
Build and maintain good customer relationships 
Report sales activity to the manager 
Skills Good communication and fluency in English/Hindi-Must/Telgu/Tamil/Tulu/Kannada/Gujarati/Malyalam languages 
Strong convincing and negotiation skills 
Basic computer and CRM knowledge 
Good listening and customer handling skills 
Confidence and positive attitude on calls
