Position Overview

            Roles & Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services. 
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions or offerings. 
Maintain consistent follow‑ups to close sales and meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets. 
Record customer interactions, sales updates, and follow‑up details in the CRM system accurately. 
Handle customer objections professionally and provide clear, persuasive responses. 
Maintain updated knowledge of product features, pricing, promotions, and company policies. 
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to enhance sales performance. 
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain brand reputation with every interaction. 
Adhere to call quality standards, scripts, and compliance guidelines.
