Position Overview

Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate and qualify sales leads. Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about residential projects. Schedule and coordinate site visits for prospective buyers with the sales team. Follow up regularly with leads to maximize conversions. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and site visit targets. Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate in any discipline. 3+ months of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, preferably in Real Estate. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
