Requirements

• 4 hours per day, 4 days per week.
• Own transport, onsite (HICOM, Glenmarie, Shah Alam).
• Proficient in Malay and English (Mandarin/Cantonese a plus).

Responsibilities

• Competitive rate: RM20/hr + incentives & commission.
• Upsell high‑speed WiFi and Fiber plans to customers.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Deliver excellent customer service on every interaction.
