Call to consult and convince customers to use the right product and close the order according to the data the customer has demanded (available data).
Manage/store customer information on the company system.
Take care and support existing customers, provide preferential programs for customers to increase sales.
Complete the assigned KPIs as prescribed.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM graduate with at least 3 months of telesales experience (making sales via call out).
Fresh graduates are most welcome.
Preference will be given to candidates with sales/product consulting experience from industries such as beauty, banking/finance, telecommunication, insurance, online business.
