  • Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when required
  • Coordinate with the HR, sales, or operations team for updates
  • Verify candidate or customer information accurately
  • Send WhatsApp messages, emails, or follow-up reminders when needed
  • Maintain professionalism and positive communication on calls
  • Ensure all conversations follow company policies and quality standards
