We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Specialist with 3 years of experience in Personal Loan sales, preferably in the Fintech, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services Industry. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, promoting personal loan products, and achieving sales targets through effective telephonic interactions.

Key Reponsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain personal loan offerings.
• Generate and qualify leads, converting them into successful loan applications.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
