Job description - Process and post PO-based invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure invoices are processed in accordance with internal produce and compliance with tax regulations.
- Review unmatched invoices and variance reports and follow up with relevant parties to resolve discrepancies.
- Handle incoming calls and email enquiries.
- Support month-end accruals.
- Any other ad‑hoc duties assigned
Requirements - Min. A-level / Nitec / Diploma in accounting or related fields
- Some Accounts experience is required
