**Description**
**MISTRAS Group** is seeking a **Temporary Billing Clerk** to support field and shop inspection operations in **Savannah, GA** . The Billing Clerk/Administrative Assistant will work closely with the Management team to assist in travel planning, shipping/receiving, scheduling and various other tasks as needed. Proficient Computer skills with all Microsoft programs and the ability to manage multiple databases is a necessity for this Job.
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Responsible for assisting day to day operations of the project.
+ Travel planning and scheduling for remote projects
+ Coordinate all logistics for the project including shipping, procurement, travel, etc.
+ Manage and track multiple databases.
+ Collect weekly timesheets from all employees and review for accuracy.
