Duties Conduct routine preventive maintenance on electrical equipment. Monitor and record electrical consumption across main boards, motors, and measurement instruments. Perform thermographic inspections and ensure accuracy of electrical systems. Inspect and maintain auxiliary plant equipment such as ammonia and air compressor motors. Test and verify electrical protections including switches, motor guards, and medium-voltage cells. Minimum Requirements Trade-tested Fitter qualification (or equivalent). At least 23 years of practical experience in an industrial or plant environment. Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards and protective devices. Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and measurement instruments. Willingness to work flexible hours during peak seasonal demand. Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
