Position Overview

            Responsibilities:   Assisted with patient registration and administrative duties. 
Coordinated surgery schedules, appointments, and patient documentation. 
Liaised with nurses, doctors, and ward staff to ensure smooth patient flow. 
Handled phone calls, enquiries, and basic customer service. 
Updated patient records and provided general support for daily OT operations. 
 Requirements:   GCE N Level and above or with relevant experience. 
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
Customer service-oriented and able to work well in a team.
